Darling Desi: Katto Rani

In spite of the ongoing Test Match series between India and West Indies, the Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh starrer has opened to 70-75% occupancy in cinema-halls.

The film has garnered good reviews from critics and audiences. According to Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh, the film has had a huge opening. He wrote on micro blogging site Twitter, "#RamLeela is HUMUNGOUS at plexes. Evening and night shows are rocking. Single screens fairly good to very good. Expecting a solid Day 1".

Adding, "#RamLeela fetches outstanding start in UAE-GCC. Collects AED 1.05 million on 57 screens". 

While films like Chennai Express and Krrish 3 have broken all Box Office records, it remains to be seen what records this colourful and visually appealing film will create!
